Job Summary: 

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance in the day-to-day operations of the IACVAW Secretariat;
• Provide support in tracking communications and in maintaining filing system for easy retrieval of documents;
• Receive and record incoming and outgoing documents;
• Provide logistical and administrative support during the preparations and the actual conduct of consultation workshops and meetings and other events organized by the Secretariat
  a. Assist in the preparation of meeting kits and other supplies and materials needed for the activity;
  b. Assist in transcribing the proceedings of meetings, workshops, etc.;
  c. Follow-up confirmation of participants of meetings/events organized by the Secretariat; and
  d. Ensures that required materials are available prior to schedule on time;
• Screening of phone calls and referring callers to the appropriate staff;
• Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, making hotel reservations, travel order, and preparations/processing of per diem, and other travel requirements;
• Handles ordering and taking stock of office supplies and other required materials;
• Schedule meetings and appointments;
• Assist in coordinating with partners in government, NGOs, and other stakeholders; and 
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned to her by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications: 

- Graduate of bachelor’s degree preferably in Communication, Public Administration, or Psychology;
- Eight (8) relevant training; and
- At least two (2) years relevant experience

Salary: 

SG 10/ Php 19,233.00 Plus 20% premium
