Job Summary: 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical staff work for the Chairperson and/or the Commissioners;
  2. Coordinate with the concerned agencies and persons on the actions/assignments arising from the agreements reached during the Board Meeting;
  3. Prepare the board meeting agenda and document the board meetings, as well as other activities led or coordinated by the PCW Board;
  4. Gather inputs and do simple research needed for the preparation of powerpoint presentations, messages, speeches, letters, talking points, and other write ups for the Chairperson and/or the Board Members;
  5. Attend/participate in meetings as maybe assigned by the Chairperson or the Executive Director and provide feedback/submit highlights of these meetings;
  6. Supervise the preparation of regularly required reports;
  7. Work with the other Board staffers on the implementation of operating policies and procedures and other requirements;
  8. Coordinate with and oversee the Board Staffers in the technical and administrative support requirements for the PCW Board, including the harmonization of the schedule of the Chairperson;
  9. Oversee and ensure the systematic filing of documents for its safekeeping and easy retrieval;
  10. Assist the Chairperson’s linkages with governmental bodies and civil society organizations;
  11. Compile final copies of statements and speeches delivered by the Chairperson;
  12. Draft the electronic bulletin of the Chairperson and the PCW Board activities;
  13. Act as the point person for the Chairperson and the PCW Board members; and

Perform such other related functions as may be required or assigned by the Chairperson and the Executive Director from time to time.

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job preferably Women and Gender Studies, Women and Development, Political Science, Public Administration, Sociology, and other related Social Science courses
8 hours training
2 years relevant experience

Salary Grade: 



Php 42,159.00/month plus 20% premium
