Book 2 on Gender Equality Guidelines

Kindly check the statement in #3 of C. Gender Equality in the Workplace under VII. Specific Guidelines of Book 2. The word "not" was left out preceding the phrase "... to discharge any woman employee...."

-----

We appreciate for your taking note of this statement. However, the complete statement on this "Every woman employee is entitled to maternity leave and to discharge any woman employee for the purpose of preventing her from enjoying any of the benefits provided under this Code is unlawful; has no error in it. The statement "to discharge any woman employee for the purpose of preventing her from enjoying any of the benefits provided under this Code is unlawful" is correct because it is really unlawful to discharge any woman employee for the purpose of preventing her from enjoying any of the benefits provided under the said Code. Thank you.
